Cloud customers never share an application process or a database. Each subscription provisions its own instance from a certified product version, plus a database with isolated credentials that no other tenant can reach.

Managed operations

What exactly is provisioned when I subscribe?
A dedicated application instance from the product's certified version, a separate database with its own credentials, and a cloud address on appdevs.cloud — configured automatically in stages.
Do I share servers or databases with other customers?
Your application instance and database are dedicated to your business. Underlying platform infrastructure is operated by AppDevs, but there is no shared application process or shared database between Cloud customers.
What happens during product updates?
Updates are certified centrally and rolled out in controlled waves. Maintenance is announced in advance, and you can always see your instance's current version in the portal.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data belongs to you, and export is available through the product and via support. Backups also run on schedule with retention policies.
What if I need more than the standard platform?
