The 30-day money-back guarantee
Every Cloud subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day of your first successful payment. If the product isn't what you expected or you couldn't get set up, you can claim a full refund of that first payment — including any addons bought with it.
How to claim
Open your portal → the product → Subscription tab → "Request refund", pick a reason and tell us briefly what went wrong. A human reviews every request within 48 hours; your service keeps running until the decision. You get the outcome by email either way.
What happens on approval
The refund is issued to your original payment method (5–10 business days depending on your bank). The subscription is cancelled immediately and your instance is taken offline. Your data stays recoverable for 30 days after that — if you change your mind, contact support and we can restore it.
Limits
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of a subscription within its first 30 days. Renewal payments, and requests after the window, are handled case-by-case through support. Abuse (repeated buy-refund cycles, self-referral schemes) voids eligibility.
Referral commissions
If your purchase was referred by an affiliate or another customer, any commission earned from a refunded payment is cancelled automatically.
